    Pricing isn't transparent. Work done without authorization because it was "needed". Couldn't communicate via email the way I ask multiple times. Expected $~7500 for off season, instead hit with over $11,000 which we got down another $500. Boat was running amazing all last year. Now the bow thruster works intermittently and the SB throttle linkage gets stuck sometimes. When you spend almost 11k I would have assumed by boat would be working like it did last year.

    Now I paid a proper mechanic to fix this issues caused by BWYC. I would use ANYONE else. Wish I could give them 0 stars
