While this is a small marina it is one of my favorites . It has great docks and the staff are very helpful . While I have not been to it as safe harbor . Saturday morning donuts and coffee has been a tradition there It is a great opportunity to meet fellow boaters . The hot tub overlooking the entrance breakwater in the distance or watch sunsets is wonderful . I am not sure if this service is still offered but there has always been the option to frozen purchase food that comes from Federal Hills famous Italian restaurants which can be heated in a convection oven . This has been a great option when one does not feel like cooking or driving to a restaurant . In addition there are very nice grills that are available to cook food in . As mentioned it is a small marina with big charm , quiet . A great place to relax

Marina Review for Safe Harbor Allen Harbor

Safe Harbor -Allens Harbor has gone through a major transformation over the past few years . The facility , equipment and services have been upgraded . Their indoor storage for larger boats is limited for winter storage is limited but having used it for 3 years, the condition of the boat when launched in spring has been excellent . Very few in any repairs from winter cold and thawing . Jamie and his team have done excellent work bottom painting and prepping the boat . Their docks are limited but have power and water . The marina next door has a Sunday breakfast most of the time and there is a shopping center and oil company close by to provision food or bulk oil in 5 gal pails . I have had good experiences working with this marina . The staff are helpful . Like most Safe Harbor Marina's they are on the expensive side but you can depend on a professional experience .
