The only reason I withheld a star is because the dock is along a seawall which has a parking lot right next to it and people/kids gather to talk and party and rev their cars and play loud stereos, etc. Now they usually broke up pretty early but it was pretty annoying until then.

Also, if you can, stay on the north side of the gazebo. I was trying to dock on the other side, closer to the lake, and ran aground.

Overall, pleasant and you can't beat the price.
