Higgins Yacht Yard is the only full-service boatyard and marina in St. Michaels, and offers transient, seasonal, and annual slips at competitive rates. Amenities include restroom and shower facilities, free WiFi, city water, and electric. Located in the center of the historic district, we are located only footsteps away from boutique shops, galleries, museums, and restaurants.

When coming into the St. Michaels Harbor, you will pass the Hooper's Strait Lighthouse at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum on your right. Continue into the harbor and keep the Crab Claw restaurant on your right. After coming past the Crab Claw restaurant, Higgins Yacht Yard will be directly straight ahead. "A" Dock will be on the left side, and "B" Dock will be on the right side. Hail us on channel 16 upon your arrival. We will acknowledge you, then have you switch to our personal channel: 69.  From here, we will direct you to your slip and assist with your lines.
