Draft: 9.0'Just wondering if most of the Houma economy is shutdown due to Covid-19 and all schools are closed. WHY is there still a curfew on Bayou Dularge? Wasn’t it put in place to move the traffic during the peak hours in the morning and evening?

Draft: 4.5'Went through eastbound on 7 Dec 19. Bridge operator didn’t answer right away, barge operator ahead of us told her we were calling. Plenty of room to turn circles while we waited.
