We tied up at the fuel dock after hours and stayed for two nights. John (mgr) and Tommy (asst mgr) were great. They helped get us fueled and pumped out. They even went above and beyond by using the pontoon boat to take us to Bass Pro and even picked us back up after walking around on Beale Street. Facilities are getting worn and the marina is shallow but access is 6-7'. Too bad that the city has allowed Mud Island to deteriorate because it is a beautiful venue and is not far from being viable again.

Best marina from Alton to New Orleans. Full service (fuel, water, pump-out). Very secure. Great staff. Very well stocked grocery store in walking distance (~20 min). Access to Memphis downtown by foot during the day, during the night the pedestrian bridge is closed, and a bicycle or taxi is needed.
