On the whole approach from Roanoke Sound we never saw less than 6.5 ft with the Oyster Creek Tide Station at 0.4 ft. Highly recommend this anchorage, except in East winds, of course.

Best marina from Alton to New Orleans. Full service (fuel, water, pump-out). Very secure. Great staff. Very well stocked grocery store in walking distance (~20 min). Access to Memphis downtown by foot during the day, during the night the pedestrian bridge is closed, and a bicycle or taxi is needed.

Tied up at the fuel dock in 10 ft of water with La Salle gage at 12. Rustic, but has everything such as diesel, gasoline, pump out, and water from a long hose. Very nice new owners.

Stayed overnight at the fuel dock. It gets shallow fast, but 6 ft draft were just ok. Great fuel and pump out service. Excellent restaurant!
