This place is a gem! New docks, 50/30 amp power pedestals, excellent water pressure, free laundry and immaculate bathroom/shower facilities located right downtown Buffalo! Spent five nights here. Staff is excellent and total cost for an overnight stay is $40! If you're going to stay anywhere in Buffalo this is the place.

Stayed here June 2024. Very popular spot. We were lucky enough to find space on the floating dock and totally enjoyed the spot. Right in downtown Buffalo with plenty to do. They have added shower facilities to the restrooms and the entire facility is top notch. $40/night without electric or water.

We stayed here for a week over July 4th weekend. Great marina that is a floating face dock with 30 and 50 amp power. There were 8 40-50 foot looper boats there along with about 6 smaller boats. Right in downtown Buffalo with lots of good places to eat. Large Navy park with several ships and a submarine. Nice little boardwalk and lots of grass areas and trails for a dog.
