Stayed here June 2024. Very popular spot. We were lucky enough to find space on the floating dock and totally enjoyed the spot. Right in downtown Buffalo with plenty to do. They have added shower facilities to the restrooms and the entire facility is top notch. $40/night without electric or water.

We stopped on south wall. Convenient access to restrooms/showers on South side. I would rate this the best stop on the canal with very clean and updated restroom/shower facilities, welcoming harbor master and lots of restaurants and other entertainment within walking distance. I believe we paid $40/night for our 44ft boat.(sliding scale based on length)

Stayed in Tonawanda (south) side. The good: close proximity to many restaurants and laundromat within walking distance. The bad: shower in men's restroom not functional. Laundry facilities not functional. Lots of noise and traffic from other boaters and locals on shore

Stayed at this marina for a couple nights transiting North on the ICW. Easy approach from the ICW, nice facilities and within walking distance to a super cute town. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
