Entry is well marked through the buoys on approach. Narrow entry in the breakwall provides good protection inside. Somewhat tight to maneuver inside but no problem if going slow. This is a working club and the members go out of their way to make you comfortable. Step off the back of your boat onto the dock when afted in. Tie off using the pipes mounted to the pilings when so equipped. Nice docks, good utilities. Great facilities.

We came in at a very low tide, stirred up some mud but was fine. The staff is all volunteer, but super helpful. Ron was very good at communicating thru email and text. Sent us a map of our slips which was very helpful. We had access to the pool ( too cold for us), grills, bathhouses (did not use). There was a concert for locals, but we hardly heard it, so did not bother us. They have a new portable pump out we heard is quick, but also did not use. Only negative is some slips don't have finger piers so you have to go off the back of your boat. But they are slowly adding more finger piers to accommodate loopers. The breakwater was great. We had very little movement, unlike the marina just prior to here.

Communication where the gas dock and pump-out were located was unclear. Then we were directed to a starboard tie bow in. We had a bow-in port tie confirmed reservation. The outer piling makes a 12' opening for our 10' boat. If we were more confident in the dock help we might have tried stern-to. We were put in a port-side bow in slip. The dock is barely long enough to get off. Not the experience we were expecting. The snack bar doesn't open until this weekend. No restaurants close by. The looper dockage special was nice. Pump-out is new and fast.

We come here 2x a season. Club is great, members are very friendly and helpful. Pool is huge, and the snack bar does a great breakfast and lunch. I draft 3', and even at dead low tide, you have enough water, as long as you follow their channel markers. Looking forward to coming back!

I called the Fleet Captain and asked if he could accommodate my 42' Trawler with 4' draft because I was concerned with the statement made by the Management at another marina we stayed at the day before. I was advised that marina has more water than what is listed. I gave it a shot. We arrived at mid tide and there was plenty of water, even if it was at low tide. The listing shows 3 and that's wrong. When we arrived I asked if we could have the boat hauled first and they accommodated us. I was able to make the repair myself but was asked if we needed a mechanic and one of them came over and gave me a tip which made the repair easy. Once we arrived at our slip and settled in, we went to the snack bar, great food and beverage selection, and took a swim in the pool. We received 2 passes upon arrival, which made us so happy. The tents and BBQ's at each dock were great and the bathrooms with showers were awesome. We met some really nice people and would come back in a heart beat. Wish we stopped here instead of the other marina the day before.

Cortlandt Yacht Club is a delightful marina with very friendly members who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived 4 hours after high tide and there was plenty of water in the channel. The marina has nice bathrooms and showers, a pool, use of a barbecue but no laundry. Many of the members stopped by to say "hello." We walked into town and saw Lake Meahagh. Our neighbor, Len, even drove us to and from "Fat Sal's" Restaurant where we had a delicious dinner. A fuel truck will arrive this morning so we can top off our tanks. We definitely recommend this place

Was able to book a slip here for 2 days on our northern passage up the Hudson . . . Great location, wonderful people, plenty of water in the channel approach and inside the marina (Yacht Club) z. . . Each dock has it's own tented gathering area w/grills, brand new pool, cafe/snack bar (open daily once school is out, weekends other times), basketball court, kids playground . . . This is a "Ownership/Yacht Club" and is on available space, but friendly/helpful/happy people that love boating and sharing insights on the river ahead and the towns around . . . New docks, well kept, showers and bathrooms and hopefully soon a washer and dryer . . . That is the only reason this 5 star location got 4 stars . . .

Stayed at the yacht club for 2 nights on our way to Lake Champlain in late June. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Vinnie was very helpful and explained where all the facilities were located. Pool was very nice to have since there was a 95 degree heat wave for the 2 days. Even-though not much was in walking distance we enjoyed the rest and the opportunity to do some boat chores and do some personal business. I am sure there are Uber's around. WIFI was better than most. Snack bar at pool has delicious sandwiches and snacks. Diesel is available at PANCO just across the river.
