A state park on the waterfront in downtown Detroit! Nice grounds surround the marina area with the harbor being securely fenced in. The staff offered, or provided, no assistance when docking however the calm harbor with large fairways made dockage easy. Art, a fellow boater and long time tenant, will step up to give you a hand if he is on the dock. Quite the ambassador. All the typical amenities were present and operational. The harbor provided good protection from the river and is easily accessible.

Great location with a beautiful view looking down the Detroit River into Lake Erie. We were assigned the T Dock at the end of the pier in the river. Older but strong steel dock with posts featured 50 amp service and access to water. Upon arrival we were assisted at the dock by the dockmaster and the club general manager who welcomed us and told us of the features of the club.
Very nice facilities are kept in good order here. The food, drinks, and service were top notch and priced very reasonably and the staff and working members made us feel at home. The dock is in a marked no wake area but unfortunately many fail to honor the signs.

Regarding transient boaters only here, the emphasis of this marina is not the usual attention to customers as you won't receive any here. It is instead one of operating a "parking lot" for attendees of the thrill park. The "parking lot" though is a nice one although dock hands are seldom observed. Clean wide aluminum alloy floating docks with fixed cleats provide good traction. Jumbo spud poles provide a secure foundation. Power and water work well dockside. All of the observed 50' docks were 50 amp only so bring an adapter if you run on 30 amp service. Adapters are available for rent should you require one. Electronically secured gates at the end of the dock are opened via cards issued at registration and of course by "tailgating" others. Restrooms and showers were kept clean and serviceable.

This is a very noisy environment so not the best place to be if you prefer a quiet stay, but once again that's not the apparent mission of this marina and there are many more in this beautiful area to enjoy that would be better suited to your needs. Hopefully you're here to enjoy the thrill park and all of the excitement and consequently be able to overlook the lack of normal boating courtesies that one might expect from your neighbors as they are likely boats full of excited kids and partying dads with their high power audio systems.

Beautiful location facing the Vermilion lagoons. Floating docks that pivot vertically on the shore's sidewalk. All utilities work as designed. The fingers are short for a 44' boat, however they worked fine and held the boat securely. Longer boats should plan on afting in to allow entry onto the stern. Wonderful town that is safe and pleasant to walk. Lots of locations to eat or drink nearby. Rental cars are a challenge though as the closest is currently Enterprise in Amherst which is over 10 miles away with very limited means to get there. Washrooms, though limited in scope, were in good shape and clean.

There are wakes to contend with but they're not bad since most are either slow cruising or on plane thus creating minimal wakes from a distance. The strong wooden face dock and high pilings provide a strong platform for dockage. The pilings are lined with small boards which make them difficult to tie to since there are no cleats. Potable city water combined with 30 and 50 amp power at the pedestals are in good condition. The restrooms are complete but could have used a cleaning on the days I was there. Limited options exist for eating but pizza is available perhaps ½ mile away or grab a burger at the pool hall. It was somewhat difficult for us to set anchor but we were successful and slept well through the night. Limited traffic in the anchorage but plenty of room for multiple vessels. It was a little breezy without much cover present in the low country here but it made for a comfortable stay without bugs.

This is just off the ICW and offers very secure holding and provides abundant room to safely swing. Anchor and rode come up clean. It can be buggy with the noseeums but is manageable. Early morning fishermen will be running blacked out in the dark here in their high speed fishing boats so make sure you're well lit over night.

The docks were very nice with all of the amenities. You are docking parallel to the current so plan for that while docking. The docks are located at the base of the lighthouse. Clean facilities including laundry are located at the maritime museum. Everyone in the town is very receptive and friendly to strangers. There are a few places to eat downtown but they are not always open so check the hours when you arrive. Good protection from inclement weather. There are a couple of museums here that look at nautical and civil war history. Pompous, 30 amp power and potable water are provided as part of your dockage which is free as part of the Albemarle Loop. Just North of those on the North side of the park is a third concrete floating dock what is designated as useable by transient boaters for up to 72 hours. This dock is very stable with strong cleats and rubber edging. There is considerable current that flows parallel to the dock when at other than slack tide so plan accordingly.
A faucet on the dock provides water however there is no mention if it is potable. This is located in a beautiful natural setting complete with marsh land, and insects. Some of which are delighted that you are there so once the sun goes down you will may need to take actions to prevent bites. Lote of fishermen in the area both in small boats and standing on the docks. Also on the property is a free pump out. We did not try it but it appeared to be intact and operable.

Convenient transient slips while traveling. About 18 inches of tide but in the very well protected area. The community is very safe with lots of places to eat nearby at a European village. Very reasonable rates with a dedicated staff. Marina is currently undergoing some renovation. It's a great stop to get your bikes off and run up and down the paved paths for miles along the intracoastal. They have a nice boaters lounge with a small boaters store as well. Clean restrooms, and laundry facilities. Outdoor grills for boaters use.

Nice location with several area eateries within walking distance. Grocery stores, a hardware store, and a West Marine is easily accessible with a bike. A few nighttime "dockworkers" were observed as there are multiple entrances with out gates leading into the older section of the marina. The newer section does appear to have restricted access and have very wide and nice docks. Entry through the channel was found to be well marked and easy to navigate. OnSpot wifi is present although it wasn't as strong as experienced at other marinas. Perhaps I didn't use the closest location as they were not marked. Overall a good experience and we will return.

No Name Harbor is located inside Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. There is an $8.00 entry per vessel charge to enter the harbor or $20.00 if you wish to spend the night on anchor. Boats may tie to the surrounding dock but must be off the docks by 11:00 pm. (That's when the park closes) I wasn't clear on that and met a very professional ranger who filled me in. The pump out is currently out of order. A restaurant on site is available to you once on land. A ladder is available for your use to exit your dinghy. Very pet friendly.

Very friendly staff will meet you at the dock and get you secured and briefed on the local eateries. Beautiful view of the bay and all of the passing boats. Be aware that the condos adjacent to the docks apparently don't want anyone walking in their grass so be so advised especially if you have a pet. Fuel is available nearby but not at this marina. The marina is located adjacent to the St Petersburg Pier which provides good areas to reconnect with grass! Beautiful park with lots of activities. Bike pathways abound in the area and you can cover a lot of ground on them here. Museums and more. While parks are wonderful they often bring another side with them. To address that issue St Pete has done a good job of having security officers in view through out the park. The marina has real locked access points and is patrolled by their own security officers who walk the docks. Great job guys. Calm waters prevail along the long transient dock. Good power. The docks are stationary concrete so they are solid but outboard pilings do make for a gap between them and your boat. Frank will make sure you get secured well for local conditions. Unfortunately the WiFi is still not working and I found my AT&T internet hot spot did not function well in that area. Verizon was a little better but still not strong.

Marked entry. Plenty of water at transient lay along dock. Good amperage with little voltage drop at dock pedestals. Pump outs are available at fuel dock only during early mornings since the actual pump is under the restaurant. Restaurant and lounge on site. Good pricing.

Well protected harbor. Fuel, pump out, potable water. Nice floating diner for breakfast or lunch. Clean surroundings. Polite staff. No terrestrial television available. Lots of activity to watch if desired. We enjoyed watching the rental boats coming back in on one windy afternoon. Plenty of clear water to maneuver. Very reasonable pricing.

This marina as the name indicates is a club. Even as a transient they treat you as if you were an active member here. It's remarkably clean, quiet and secure. Don't let the narrow inlet prevent you from going in as it soon widens. I highly recommend it for a marina to unwind while traveling.

Good for fuel and possible overnight. Reasonable prices on fuel. Water is a bit thin at the fuel dock but seems like a soft silty bottom. No problems with 50” draft. The general store is gone after a fire so there isn’t much available as far as supplies. Pizza delivery in the area.

This was our 5th visit to GTB. But the first time on our cruiser. We enjoyed our three day visit and found that all of our needs were met. We were impressed how well they have adapted to the willing worker shortage. We witnessed the management and leadership leadership team joining in with all of the workers to make our visit memorable. Everyone there made us feel welcome. Good Internet, courtesy car, deep clean water and clean safe surroundings.
