Nice marina. Gas and marine shopping for supplies( hose, ice). Restaurant on property Ichibods was great. Chart House restaurant at end of dock. Facilities were clean. One W/D coin operated. Cute little historic district main street two blocks away with lots of restaurants and some boutique stores.

We had one night scheduled but lost an engine so had to stay two more nights. They were more than accommodating. Super helpful and friendly. (We called David Carter with Carter's Marine Service to help with the engine. He came the next day even though he was busy, was fabulous and got us underway.)

1 12 2024 Came in for two days. Dock master was friendly and helped tie up boat and connect power. Need 50A adapter for 30A. Gave us coupons to use restaurant right by office. Fuel prices were reasonable compared to others. $2.25 ' 30A $5 electric. Fixed docks Good cell and TV reception. wifi marginal at best. So glad to have a new dock master. Pump out by fuel dock. Town is worth visiting. Lots of shops and places to dine. Washrooms were OK

Dockhands and dockmaster were terrific. Slip was great as well. Unfortunately, the wifi was non-existent. They explained they have been working on it for awhile , they know it's a problem, but they haven't figured it out yet.
Sorry, wifi is so very important to mariners and so cheap and easy to get right. This is low hanging fruit stuff and if a marina can't be bothered then I can't give 5 stars.
Chart House restaurant on site was expensive and excellent, did not try Ichabod's but it looked a bit tired and run down. Downtown is apparently a very short walk but we did not go. Staff at this marina were terrific, they are 5 stars, Marina 3.5 stars overall, would give 2.5 because of the wifi.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We've kept our boat there twice now for a month or more. Couldn't have better service or management - Phil and Spencer run it like they own it and make sure you are taken care of - often calling or texting to ensure upon arrival they are ready. Very clean and fantastic location with two restaurants on site, both of which are great. Very protected and easy to get in and out.

I spent two nights at this marina in February 2023. It had plenty of pros and cons.
Pros:
• Walking distance to a very vibrant historic downtown with many shops and restaurants. This is the reason I picked this marina.
• Two restaurants on the premises.
• Pet friendly. There are plenty of grassy areas nearby to walk a dog.
• The usual services: Power, water, pump out, fuel, laundry, showers. (I did not use toilets or laundry.)
• Sheltered from wind and waves.
• Manatee area.
Cons:
- The area was noisy. There was road noise from the nearby bridge, train noise from a nearby train track, and restaurant noise at the restaurant.
- The ladies room shower was broken when I went to use it. One of the toilet paper dispensers hung open in a toilet stall.
- I was parked right in front of the restaurant. Not only did I have zero privacy when the restaurant was open, but bright lights shined down on my boat all night every night.
- Spots in front of the restaurant are not on a dock protected by a security gate.
- Some staff members could use more training. For example, the dock guy who helped me pump out did not really know how the pump out equipment worked.
- Fixed docks, finger piers. You'll likely need to back in when you park. Not much tide change, but tie accordingly.
Would I stay here again? Yes, but not by the restaurant! Would I recommend it? Yes, to anyone who likes to get out and around without having to call an Uber.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Great protected basin. Dock hands quick to help. Reasonably priced. Great downtown with lots of good restaurants close by ( we only tried 2). Very Happening bar/restaurant right on site. Only downside was bathhouse/laundry, 2 washers/dryers only one of each working. Bathhouse needs a redo... We were told when calling in to favor the red side and had 8+ ft of water in and out....

Nice docks and attentive staff. Good restaurant on site. Very walkable to the historic section of downtown Melbourne with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Restroom was atrocious. As nice of a marina as it is the condition of the restrooms dampened our enthusiasm for the place.

We'll protected from N and W winds with a slight current from the river. Was told to favor red for deeper water and never bumped our 5'10" draft keel. Friendly staff and attentive dock hand. Bath and shower facilities could have used some attention though.

The dock master Phil worked with us to save a spot and stayed a bit late to get us in and fueled up. The marina is in a well protected little harbor. Lots of restaurants close by. The restrooms and showers were not clean and definitely could use some upkeep.

Great harbor with everything we needed (bathroom, locking shower, laundry and even a hairdresser). The facilities are a bit dated and only one of the two washer/driers were working. The staff is friendly and efficient and the rates are good. The town is interesting and there are many shops and nice restaurants nearby. We would definitely come again!

Super nice staff. Very helpful docking. Unfortunately pump out machine did not have enough suction to work at all. Got discount coupons to two nice restaurants. Easy walk to old downtown shopping with bars and music. 1.3 mile walk to Publix. Very protected. Stayed extra night due to high winds. Very pleasant little cove. Nice facilities with showers and washing machines. Nice parks around. Unfortunately could not hook up to the Ichabod restaurant WiFi. Dock does not have its own WiFi. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice fixed cement docks with wide walkways. Channel is shallow and tight. Hug the red markers for about 6 feet. Dockmaster is professional and friendly. Very well protected marina. Lots of great restaurants and bars a few blocks from the marina. We received discount coupons for the two on site restaurants. Several parks and lots of nice trails to walk a dog.

Small little harbor, dock hands and marina staff are friendly. This is very close to nice shops and restaurants, everything except a grocery store. The only reason I couldn't give a better review is the approach depth is in terrible shape at least for us. Saw numbers around 4.8' when leaving right where the harbor meets the main waterway. Unfortunately we will not return unless someone dredges this out.

I have had my boat here for 2 years now and it has been great. The management changed right before I got here. The harbor is calm (condos block most of the wind) and peaceful. There are restaurants nearby, two at the marina, and major stores just a few miles down the road. No marina WiFi, but I have an extender and am able to use other hotspots via my home account. All in all I feel fortunate to have gotten a slip here.

Last time I was here was for fuel only and the dockmaster was a notorious curmudgeon. That was 3 years ago and much has changed. New owner management and the curmudgeon is gone. Dockmaster is very helpful and efficient. Facilities have improved however, boats with a lot of freeboard will find that the piling tops are lower than the deck which creates a risk that your lines will slide off the top on less tied securely. Lots of amenities nearby.

Perfect location to explore the city, walking distance to great restaurants and cool breweries. Very friendly and helpful dockmaster. Showers still not renovated but functional, coin laundry works. We were able to get diesel right in our slip. We had told the dockmaster ahead of time we needed to fill, and he assigned us a slip right next to the fuel dock. He was waiting for us to help with the lines when we came in. Awesome service and overall experience,

This marina is under new management and it was stellar service. The dockmaster and dockhand were professional and so very helpful. I was speaking with the dockmaster when we were getting ready to leave and they will be renovating in the next few months, new bath house, work on the docks etc. The restaurant on site was good, lots of local places to see including a really nice brewery with in walking distance. Don't let the old reviews scare you away!!!

We had a nice stay. The town is lovely. We ate at some great restaurants. The WiFi service was non-existent. They told us to use WiFi for local restaurant. It appears they don’t want to spend money on amenities. It was also disconcerting to have to unplug the A/C to use a hair dryer. The shower area needs some work!

This is a marina to avoid if you can. The power pedestals are very rusty. Very exposed position if the wind is from the south. Train goes very close and is noisy. Ichabods was pretty good, and down the street was The Mansion. Much better. Still not much. Wifi was dismal. Never could connect. We left for greener pastures in Cocoa Village.

Although the location was right off the river and close to the downtown historical area, the marina itself left much to be desired. The facility has little in the way of security once staff leaves at 7PM. No gates equated to unlimited public access. There were no gates at the docking/slip areas. No paper towels in mens restroom.
The waste pump out system was out of order and had been for days. This info was not provided at booking!
We'll be looking for another place on our next trip through!
