Beautiful, secluded anchorage adjacent to Confederation Basin. Good depth and holding. Anchored in 14'. Happened to be here during the weekend for the Cigarette boat poker run and enjoyed the solitude of this anchorage over the craziness of Confederation Basin. Only one other anchored here with the historic fort right next door.

This is a beautiful anchorage with marsh on one side and southern charm homes on the other. Decent current runs through but holding in 10' at low tide was good. Almost no traffic through here on the Thursday night we anchored here. Plan on an 8' tide. Plenty of swing room for several boats but only 2 came to enjoy this scenic anchorage. Anchored near the mouth of Breakfast Creek on the south side of the bay.

Nice docks and attentive staff. Good restaurant on site. Very walkable to the historic section of downtown Melbourne with a good selection of shops and restaurants. Restroom was atrocious. As nice of a marina as it is the condition of the restrooms dampened our enthusiasm for the place.

Chain of Rocks lock monitors channel 12 only. Calls on channel 14 will go unanswered.
