The anchor would not hold so had to move to a location in the ICW which was not my preference but the closest location available. Also, there were crab pots in the area which I tangled with.. I would only try this anchorage again if there were no crab pots nearby.

Anchor center channel where plenty of water exists even at low tide. Room for several boats.

No waves even on 20 mph north east wind. Good holding. Would not plan on departing at or near low tide due to lower water at the mouth of the creek. Beautiful spot.

A bit narrow to set anchor for remnants of tropical storm but holding so far. Swinging round and round. Low tide 10’ all the way to marsh grass.
