The staff and attention to detail is amazing. April made our stay wonderful with advice and guidance. Slips are very nice not much tide to worry about. Pool and views are unbelievable. Stay a month it is much cheaper than daily. Down side no laundry and showers open business hours only. There are restrooms at pool open 24/7 though. Will stay again.

Helpful staff, 5 star resort amenities, beautiful heated pool (chilled in summer). Only one unisex luxe shower open 8-5, we never had to wait. Concierge service. Sunset chairs along north walkway. Get a famous lobster reuben at Keys Fisheries. No onsite restuarnt needed. Marathon Coin Laundromat 1 mile W, Publix 1 mile E.

    Thank you!

Loved this place. Collectively, stayed here over a month while in the Keys. Staff is fabulous! Docks are new and very nice. Pumpout available but no fuel. Access to pool facilities and tiki bar with lots of games around the pool area. Only downsides...no laundry, there is only one shower, and there is no restuarant. None of this outweighed the rest of the offerings! There are numerous restaurants in the area including Keys Fisheries (great food/experience), Upper Crust Pizza and Overseas Pub/Restaurant. Florida Fish and Lobster is also great but a bit pricey. Publix is a little over a mile. Pass both Home Depot and Walgreens on the way. Be sure to check out the small Marathon Community Movie Theatre (non-profit)! A great break from the bar/restaurant scene and refreshing change of pace from movies on the boat. Laundry facility about 1.7 miles. West Marine also close by. We will be back to this location for sure!

The facilities are new with more construction in progress. Exceptionally well maintained and beautiful. Dockside connections are all first class with killer OnSpot wifi. No food available on site however lots of fun places are within short walking or biking distance. Attentive dockside staff meet you upon arrival at the dock and finalize all paperwork. Website and app available to fill you in on all of the rules and regulations. This is a resort with amenities shared with the townhouse styled homes.

    Business Response:
Thank you for the nice review. No construction currently in 2023. Everyone loves how fast the Wifi is here. Thanks for coming!

First class marina! Three knowledgeable dock hands met us at the dock. Then the concierge came to us for dockside check in. New concrete fixed docks.
    Slow Wifi
Two toilets shared with the pool, nice and clean.
Only one shower in the clubhouse and is only available from 8-6, but very nice.
A very good restaurant within easy walk, Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House. Several others nearby too, but we were there only one day so didn't try them.
Very nice pool and Tiki bar open from 1-7.

Had to pay for 60' even though our boat is 40' because it was the only slip available and all the other Marathon marines I called were booked up.

First class marina and resort, beautiful swimming pool, friendly staff, reasonably priced in the keys. That combination is hard to find in the keys. I hope they keep up the clean and friendly Marina.

Stayed here April 26-30th with a group of boats from our yacht club. When you first make contact with the Dockmaster, he may ask you to loiter while he gets other boats in or out of their slips. So you'll standby on Channel 17. Once they are ready for you the dockhands waiting at your dock will call you in. Entering the channel for the inner harbor is tight and swirling, but manageable. There was a team of four dockhands to get us tied and hooked up. Very efficient. Facilities which are basically the pool area and bar are excellent. No food what so ever is sold.
The Dockmaster Greg runs a tight ship, but he was accommodating to us on one special request. Thanks again Greg! I would highly recommend this place.

Dockhands Greg and Claudia did a great job helping us dock and tie up. They and dockhand Francis were always around making sure things were good. Top notch marina staff! Fixed sold concrete docks. They have two areas, inner harbor and outer. We were in the inner harbor. It is closer to the pool and clubhouse. Good wifi. Everything is beautifully maintained. Great sunsets. Bar by pool but no restaurant nor laundry.

The inner bay is guarded by two stone breaker walls that seem to be no more than 40 ft wide at the entrance, challenging in crosswind conditions. However, the dockhands are very proactive and insistent on helping with your arrival. It’s a beautiful place with a nice northern view of the bay. The only slight negative comment is the amount of paperwork; probably a half dozen pages of initialing and signing, but they do bring it right to your boat.

Marlin Bay Marina was an amazing experience from the time I contacted the concierge department to the time I docked. We came in on a very windy and rough water day. Brian, the dock master and the dock crew were awesome. Thanks to them our dockage was seamless and stress free. They checked on us daily to make sure all was good. The pool staff were very friendly and kept everything clean and sanitized. These were crazy times with COVID-19 but the whole staff were so diligent about sanitation we were not worried. I would not only recommend Marlin Bay to friends and family I will be returning myself.

What a top notch marina! Service great thru out. Dockmaster and dock staff check on tie ups of boat frequently. Ice delivered to boat. Pool is fantastic! The bar at pool has wonderful bar tenders. Very clean and neat resort. Kudos to office and reservation staff for helpfulness. Will return here again.

We spent a week at Marlin Bay Yacht Club in early December 2018. Staff at the marina were the best. The facility is immaculate with great amenities. While we were here they were installing onSpot wifi. Pool was a perfect place to relax. Club house was very nice but access is available only during normal business hours. I highly recommend a stop here.
