Stayed one very peaceful night. Owner Kevin very helpful. Guidance to the dock is essential. He offered to come out and guide me in. I would suggest they mark up a chart or Google Earth photo and mark it up with proper guidance and text it. That would make the explanations easier. Keven allowed us to borrow his truck for a quick shopping and lunch trip. All in all I really enjoyed our visit to this very friendly little Marina

Visiting friends on the Loop who draw about 4.5'. Great stop for Loopers. Captain Jeremy Fowler, Harbor Master gives a top of the line briefing regarding passage past Ottawa all the way to Paducah.

Closed to navigation as of August 31 2021 because floating wall that guides boats into the lock sank. Hopefully repairs will be rapid.

Stayed here April 26-30th with a group of boats from our yacht club. When you first make contact with the Dockmaster, he may ask you to loiter while he gets other boats in or out of their slips. So you'll standby on Channel 17. Once they are ready for you the dockhands waiting at your dock will call you in. Entering the channel for the inner harbor is tight and swirling, but manageable. There was a team of four dockhands to get us tied and hooked up. Very efficient. Facilities which are basically the pool area and bar are excellent. No food what so ever is sold.
The Dockmaster Greg runs a tight ship, but he was accommodating to us on one special request. Thanks again Greg! I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed overnight on April 25th. Very helpful Dockmaster with the tie up. We were able to have dinner at the Marco Island Yacht Club because we are FCYC members. It has no association with the Marco Island Marina Association. Next morning had a long conversation with Richard, the other Dockmaster. He gave me detailed tips on how to get to the Gulf via the Big Marco River. That worked great! I would definitely come back to this fine marina facility!

Missing R 26. Previously reported. Passed down Big Marco River, close to high tide. Went out to the Gulf via Coon Key Pass. No problems.

Fuel and pump out service is excellent. The staff are not always able to grab line when going to your slip, but otherwise great place to relax for a few days with a number of good restaurants including Pinchers. Westin Hotel very nice, but no pool usage unless you pay their very pricy fee. Kinda dumb in my opinion.

I'm new member of about 6 months. We ended purchasing a slip after being on a trial membership which can go for 6 months. We liked place so well that we bought in after just a few weeks. Slips are hard to find in SWF. It is really great place if you can get one. Many outstanding boaters who share information. Great overnight stop if you have reciprocal membership in one of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs, of which there are approximately 35. Well marked entrance just after the Miserable Mile. There is one mega yacht in the harbor and many near mega's. St. Charles will sell fuel and do pumpouts for non recip boats and they try to keep the price competitive in the area.
