Stopped here for diesel on our way to Vineyard Haven to wait out Fiona. Check times around MV as the fuel docks are all on different schedules on the shoulders of the main season. Staff was great in high winds and prices were fair - super easy access to the floating fuel dock on your port as you enter basin - lots of ferry traffic to watch for though.

2021 Moorings are now $55/ night, daytime is free. Rafting is mandatory, up to a maximum of 4 boats per mooring. I have been there 3 times this year on week days and week ends and have not been able to find an empty mooring, so be prepared to raft up.
Lots to do in town, too much to write about. A must see is the Methodist Campground.

One thing to remember in Oak Bluffs, the moorings are first-come, first -serve; no reservations. Weekends fill up quickly.

Oak Bluffs Harbor is unique. It is small but there are plenty of guest moorings. They rent for $45/night. Rafting is mandatory; up to 3 boats per mooring. Everyone on the mooring pays the fee. There is launch service that runs late and even later on the weekends. You can go ashore for dinner and still get back to your boat. The fee is $7 round trip. Bicycle and scoter rentals are nearby. There are restaurants and shops alongside the dock as well. OAK BLUFFS is a blue collar town and not as upscale as Edgartown. The ferr terminal is a short walk for the dock, which is convenient if you have friends coming over for a sail. There are also a few public beaches within walking distance. As for showers, there is a large hotel across the street from the dock called Summer Camp. They have very nice, clean baths with showers on the main floor. They provide towels, soap and shampoo for $10. There is a good grocery store about 2 or 3 blocks up Circuit Avenue and a liquor store is nearby. All in all Oak Bluffs is a fun place.
