This was our first time staying at a marina and this one is very nice and at a great price. The staff is awesome and they do regular boat line checks and ask and are great line handlers. The store staff are very helpful, great place to find a part for that project or get some food if your fridge is empty. They also have a pool, lounge with pool table, self serve bar, and clean showers. Plan to come back!

Disappointed that the fuel dock is now plus tax. Online does not mention "plus tax" like most marinas. Also adding credit card surcharge. Not as cheap as you think.
WG Editor Comment:
Wg called the marina. Credit Card charge has been added to listing. Fuel price includes sales tax as stated in listing.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We came here out of desperation as another yard let us down, can't praise the staff and the marina enough for looking after us.
We went on the hard for 2 weeks whilst we sorted props, shafts and bottom paint out. They have a ships store which was convenient. The only thing we do wish is the yard is only open during office hours , would have been nice to have been able to work on the boat when it was cooler in the evenings. They also don't allow liveaboards in the yard but there are local hotels near by.
We will definitely come here again.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Great marina with DIY yard. Extremely helpful people. You cannot get a better price in the area. Amenities are all nice and clean. WI-FI on the dock but in the yard it was in need of a boost. Highly recommended.

Fabulous marina. We came in after a rough offshore that included engine problems. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Great assistance with lines. Found us a slip so we could stay and make needed repairs
They have all the amenities you could want and looks like a nice community of boaters. Restaurants within walking distance. We'd definitely stay here again. Minus the engine problems though.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

I used the DIY yard and the yard crew to do a bottom job. A great experience from beginning to end. From the Dockmasters (Carma, Mike, Brenda, and Doug) to all the guys working in the yard (Luke, James, Mike, Ken, another Mike, and a bunch of others that I didn't get names), all professionals who know how to treat their customers right. The professionalism of the staff, and their willingness to help whenever needed made an ugly bottom job as easy as it could be. I hope management takes good care of these people because they are the reason I will go back.

Have used this marina several times over the years for its haul out services and DIY boat yard. The crew has always been professional and timely. The ship store, while not large, is stocked with the basic supplies needed. Unlike other DIY yards in the area, they do not require you to buy supplies from them.

Great marina. Extremely helpful people. You cannot get a better price around there for such great berths. Amenities are nice and clean. Each berth has access to shore power and water. WI-FI on the dock so you can connect from your boat. Highly recommended for transient stop over!

We moved our boat down from New England over a period of 5 weeks, stayed in many marinas along the way. This was the most expensive one we booked with the least amount of ambience or help. No one came out to help with lines coming in or leaving, didn’t even offer to help and both days were extremely windy. Actually the only marina person we ever saw was inside when we went to pay and he could hardly be bothered. When I made the reservation I specifically asked about steps as we had someone coming to visit that’s in a wheelchair, they assured me dock was accessible, it wasn’t! We were out at farthest dock and ramp had an 8” step at the bottom. I won’t be back nor would I recommend.

Came in the marina to sit out weather, arrived at dark as they were closing. Ken was still in the office and came down to help, which was really appreciated. We were on A dock, which is really recessed back from the other docks, but the dock ends are lighted with blue lighting which helped. We were on the end of a floating dock, the fixed dock slips would have been difficult for our boat to maneuver into. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
Uber was $10.00 to the Publix. Restaurants were walking distance; definitely try Millikins. Laundry, wash and dry is $1.00. Would recommend this Marina.
