Anchorage Review for Cocoa Yacht Basin

This anchorage does get a little rough with a southern blow, but with very little current your bow stays in the wind. The public dock was too shallow for our draft, still easy to get to by Dinghy. Very clean park with even a fountain that young kids can play in. There is also Ryan's pizza and pub that has a balcony you can watch your vessel bounce around. The one thing we didn't like about this anchorage was the wake makers in the larger power boats.

Marina Review for Cape Marina, Port Canaveral

This was our first time staying at a marina and this one is very nice and at a great price. The staff is awesome and they do regular boat line checks and ask and are great line handlers. The store staff are very helpful, great place to find a part for that project or get some food if your fridge is empty. They also have a pool, lounge with pool table, self serve bar, and clean showers. Plan to come back!
