Stayed there twice this month. Great facility and very helpful crew. They were extremely helpful in finding a dock for us with one engine out. 5'10" in channel at low tide when we left. We will be back again !

Great marina! No issues with low tide in marked channel. The staff waved us in and we're very helpful docking. If you need access to bathrooms be sure to request close slip(piers 5,6 are farthest, about 1/2mile. it's 5miles plus to beaches. Marriott resort restaurants near enough to walk(not close) Even better:
INSTACART from Publix DELIVERS to your boat!! Makes preparations to cross easier!v

We stayed here for three days and road out a Tornado. There is only 4.5' at low tide on entry to their well marked channel. New fixed docks with slip side free pump out. Limited pet access and a long walk to the spotless bathrooms, unfortunately shower is in the bathroom and not very private. They also offer free laundry. Not many amenities nearby and no courtesy car available. Staff was fantastic

Pro: Monitored us on NEBO and initiated radio contact on approach. Excellent guidance and dockhands. Docks are nearly new. Restrooms are spotless. Great service on the fuel dock. Short walk to dining options

Con: Entrace is shallow and circuitous. Pay attention to markers and dockmaster guidance.

Conclusion: And extremely well managed marina that understands boater needs. We highly recommend it.

We stayed three weeks so we could go home for Thanksgiving 2022. Very professional customer oriented marina. Owned and managed by a large resort management company and it shows. We were very happy and would definitely stay there again.

Point South Marina is very nice. They have brand new fixed wooden docks which were put in place 6 months ago after the devastation of Hurricane Michael. The staff are friendly and efficient. They lead us through the channel passed the fuel dock and caught our lines at the dock. The marina has 2 bathroom stalls and a single shower per gender. They have 1 complementary washer/drier and free pump out at the docks(!). They also have a swimming pool but it was closed. Restaurants and grocery stores are about a mile away. If they had a courtesy car or a restaurant on site, we'd give them a 5 star rating.

Great stop. Well marked, but narrow and windy, channel to enter, but no problem if you follow directions! New docks with full length, and broad, finger piers. Pump out service in your slip included in the fees. Free laundry with new, efficient washer/dryer and free detergent. Friendly and knowledgeable marina staff. Several eating options within walking distance. Uber available to get in to town, although we were lucky enough to be offered use of a vehicle by one of the full time slip users.
    Great pricing for loopers.

We stayed one night visiting friends in the area. A little tricky getting in but just follow the well marked channel. Very helpful staff, nice new docks.

Located in residential community with golf course and restaurant. Follow the channel around the curving entrance. Large sand bar if you stray out of channel. You can see it on the chart.
