Excellent marina, with very good staff. New docks and facility in 2012. Close to everything in Orillia and reasonable rates. Paid for 2 days and got 3rd free over the 4th of July. Several “loopers” here now.

Just leaving Ess Kay Yard this morning (6/15/18) having one of my best marina experiences. Kim and Tammy were very helpful, responsive, and friendly. While the facilities are not the newest, everything was well cared for. The shop and store were stocked with items you don't find everywhere. The fuel prices were the best ($2.99 diesel). And the loaner car was invaluable when weather extended our stay. Great setting on the river.

Just spent first week of March here with a great experience. Steven and the crew were helpful. It has all the amenities with a great restaurant / bar. Close to shopping. Owners seem to be investing in the place. Depth at low tide on the approach from Hawk Channel was close. Depth in the middle of the fairway was good and the harbor deep.

Spent 5 days here early February. Love the floating docks. The staff (Deb) and management (Robert) were very helpful. Easy acess and depth. We found the facilities clean and amenities better than most.

Just spent a week there for the holidays. Great staff gave us a "looper" discount. As a part of the Sandestin Resort community , it had all the amenities (restaurants, movies, groceries, bikes, etc.). Did watch one boat that got too far away from dock run aground. Stay in the markers and you should be fine.

This place has all the amenities and good service. It is a resort with a good marina. Staff and facilities were top notch with restaurants and shopping all decked out for Christmas. Right on the IGW so a little wake action.

Nice marina, run by the city. Personnel seemed to be retired guys with boating experience . Good service and clean facility. Approach is well marked. Restaurants and casinos abound.

Very nice marina. Helpful staff and very good facilities. Restaurant is closed due to hurricane but grill in ship store is ok. Only issue is shallow water at entrance off ICW. Harbor is ok.

If you want shopping and restaurants, this is a five star stop. If you want an easy and safe boating experience it is a one. Basically a one slip, no help, rocking experience. Better have thrusters to dock.

Nice place, but mostly fishing yachts and boat storage. People were helpful docking and fueling. Facilities were well taken care of (new owner). Your boat will get rocked by some intracostal traffic. Beach and bar within walking distance.
