We stored our boat for two winters at Journey's End. Their service department is well run. Skilled technicians worked on our service & maintenance list while looking for any issues that could arise during the coming seasons. The marina is a short walk into the lovely town of Rockland. Great choices for restaurants, galleries and shops. Two large groceries stores makes provisioning ideal-- if you have transportation. I was told there's only one Uber driving in town-- making taxis the other option.

Journey's End is a large facility capable of doing any kind of work. Hamilton Marine is right there. Easy walk to town for restaurants. The heads and showers are clean, and the laundry machines are only $1 each, washer and dryer.

Unfortunately, on our second visit this trip they had us on the North face dock, on the far side of the enormous steel building which is visible from across the harbor. This meant long walks to the facilities, and absolutely no WiFi signal. There isn't much protection on this side. It's open to the harbor, and wakes from all the boats coming and going from their North basin. The docks and ramps on this side make all kinds of clanging and creaking noises in the wakes and waves.

Moral of the story, make sure you're on the South side, or take a mooring, instead. You'll roll just as much, only it'll be quieter and you may even pick up a WiFi signal.
