Only had one power pedestal working and a large trawler had it. They wanted $3 a foot , too much just to tie to a dock. Went up canal a short way and found a great anchorage.

This is a very high wall with only one pedestal working for 2 boats. 1 50A and 2 30A connections on same pedestal. 2nd boat must have an extension cord and splitter. No other pedestal works for power — Only water. Sign says $4 a foot which is inaccurate—talk to owner ( who comes and helps with lines) and you will get a better price.
The restaurant - Portofino's, is now open and is great. Food delicious - we had both lunch and dinner as we stayed 2 nights due to weather and service very good. Anna was delightful!!! Owners also very nice and locals friendly and very curious about The Loop.
Worth a stop even if just for food. Has so much potential and new owners are working hard to make it a great stop.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We stayed here last night. It is no longer a municipal dock. It is managed by the restaurant that is not yet open. You'll see signs posted with a phone number to call for dockage. They offered us $2 a foot. No electric but there is water. Small floating dock for 2-3 boats and a really high wall for another 4-5. There are other restaurants within walking distance. For the price (if westbound) you're better off going to lock 20 wall. No power but at least they have restrooms.

There are no amenities. This is a restaurants wall that allows over night dockage. The restaurant is great but pricey. The power pedestals don't work. Our 50amp had only one leg that was operational. That was the only "operational" 50 amp. Don't know if 30amp works. Wall is very high and we had to climb on rub rails to get off our trawler. Restaurant was noisy at lunch time. Waiting to see how dinner hour plays out.

Nice floating dock, with 30 amp electric, water, and free ice from the restaurant. No other boats. Easy in. Nice restaurant right there, but not much else.

I am writing this review at 3:30 A. M. This could be a nice little stop that is anything but. The staff are super nice, the restaurant has great food, and the dock and wall work well for a variety of boats. There is a small grass strip right off the dock for pets and a short walk to Utica retail establishments and a nature preserve. However, this little "cruiser paradise" is infested with a homeless population. The police were called earlier in the day to chase five off the docks. I just awoke to two more hanging on the wall. This is a very uncomfortable situation and I am afraid that until there is a strong security presence this place is impossible to recommend.

Same as 2017 review. Power outlets need servicing but some worked.

This review is for the Aqua Vino Restaurant wall in Utica.
There are two sections of this wall--a high ( I do mean high) wall with 50 amp power, and a floating dock with 30 amp power. The high wall is about 200 feet long, and the floater is about 100 feet long.
The price is $1/ft with electric included.
The wifi is excellent. There are no showers, presumably you can use the restaurant bathrooms when they are open.
The restaurant is very good, with entrees in the $22 range.
A nice place to stop--nice people. However, if you are going to stop and use he high wall, call ahead so somebody can grab a line for you.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
