He is very friendly and will likely offer you a tour of his hay bail art and farm. It is worth the trip to meet him. No cell service.

Anchor stuck as soon as it hit bottom. Only wind that could cause any waves would be a Northerly and then probably wouldn't be much.

We'll protected from all winds. Water is deep up to shore in most places so stern anchoring is easy. Plenty of room to anchor and swing also.

Only had one power pedestal working and a large trawler had it. They wanted $3 a foot , too much just to tie to a dock. Went up canal a short way and found a great anchorage.

We got here after E-20 had closed, looked at the wall and decided to drop hook. 11 to 12 foot in basin, no current, no boat traffic.
