So extended stay @9/1-11/18/2024. I had a covered slip. It was hard to decide on a rating. The staff and service department are 5 star! The docks were in very good condition. The directions for coming into the marina were excellent. As a solo travel boater I felt safe, the docks are gated. The fuel and pump out dock are easy to use and available 24/7 in season. The restaurant on site was very nice. A good selection of parts etc in marine store on site.
On the less excellent side, the restroom was functional, staff seemed to do their best to keep it clean. I understand it is going to be renovated. The marina is next to some type of rock pulverizing plant. Not much bother in the way of noise but it generates dust, making cleaning the boat a more frequent task. Though I might not have noticed if just there for a day or two.
There was no WiFi.
3.5 stars would be a better average score.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Shallow, 6 feet at the entrance. 20 feet inside the marina except at the end of the piers. Favor the pier side, close to the moored houseboat. The marina is swept regularly for cobwebs. Free self serve pump out. Showers are very small and were not clean, so we didn't use them. Great on-site restaurant, close to transient dock. Good security.

Rock Harbor Marina used to be a rock quarry. It's a no frills, affordable stop with fixed wooden floating docks, covered slips, 1 bathroom/shower per gender, and a great on site restaurant. There no laundry facilities. The staff are friendly but they don't help catch lines. There is credit card operated fuel (gas and diesel) and free pump out. There is also a boat yard, with a travel lift, though we didn't need to use it. Restaurants, grocery stores and coin laundry are an Uber ride away.
The bathrooms rate a 1 but the overall value is a 4. It's under new ownership who plan to make changes.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This is a marina that is under new management and doing some improvements. We took a slip for a month at a very reasonable rate. Rough bathrooms and no laundry as stated but docks ok and good mechanics on site. They also have a very good restaurant "The Blue Moon" and we had many good meals and drinks there. Only a $13 Uber ride to downtown!

Covered slips C and B are in good shape but no wifi. Dock A needs a lot of maintenance as do all the facilities. Two showers/heads for the whole marina. Water, power and fuel. Caters to liveaboards so slips have lines, hoses and fenders even when empty. Restaurant on site is quite popular. Not dog friendly as the walk to shore is long and the walk to grass even longer. Booked for a week left after one night.

Stayed four nights. They put us in a covered slip which was nice. No WiFi. Bathrooms and showers would get a one rating. Price was $2 per foot which is too high with no WiFi and bad bathrooms and showers. Gated entrance to docks. Great restaurant Blue Moon Waterfront Grill. We used Uber to go into Nashville. Place needs some general maintenance and TLC.
