Make sure you go to the dinghy dock - do not tie up to the bulkhead near the ship's store, marina office, or the restaurant. The marina is extremely aggressive about booting dinghies that tie up there. $50 to unlock. There is no signage pointing to the right place, but the dinghy dock is at the very top of C-Dock.
Tickles is great for breakfast.
