Review for Pirates Well-Mayaguana
Reviewed by: Tom Allison on Mar 18, 2024
Vessel Type: Sail
LOA: 45'
Draft: 5.0'Overall Rating:3Holding:4Wind Protection:2Current Flow:3Wake Protection:2We have anchored here for the evening, located about halfway between the marker on the chart and the government mail dock. The bottom is sandy and the anchor bit well. We are in the lee of the wind, but there is plenty of roll from swells wrapping around the island. Its a good stop for the night to get some rest, but that's about it.
