The Low Place/ The Narrows

Description:
The Low Place is a small bay near the mid-point of Man-o-War Cay. There is good protection from prevailing conditions and decent holding in sand. Do not confuse this bay with Corn Bay, which is farther north, because the latter is similar in size and shape but it does not have good holding.

we caught a cable when we first tried to anchor. there is a marked cable we avoided but still snagged a smaller one. found a good patch of sand and held well there. walk to store on the south end of island is long and hot but really pretty with all the folliage. waked hard by fishermen in the morning.

Loved this cove the minute we arrived! Beautiful water colors, gorgeous little beach and a decorated pavilion. Behind pavilion is the Atlantic side, right there with amazing views. Narrow, winding road featured charming houses with creative back gates. Every house was immaculate. Can't wait to see what town has to offer.
