Convenient place to anchor to go to Pete's Pub and to see the gallery. While holding was good, off and on throughout the night, we would get swells on the beam. It was very uncomfortable. Winds from south, clocking west were sheltered as we tucked behind the rock leading into the Harbour. No supplies near the anchorage. People from Pete's were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with a ride to Cherokee to a small grocery store. They charged $10/ bag to dispose of trash. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the Harbour and restaurant. Very laid back and friendly.
