We have just had our boat on the hard at Cobb's Marina from 6/20 thru 7/30. Bottom soda blasted, 2 coats primer, 2 coats hard. Props re-pitched. New stern thruster prop. We found the paint cheaper than their price at West Marine, so we provided the paint. Installed new swim platform (we purchased from Butler Marine) and hardware. While there we also did some work ourselves. We thought the price was quite reasonable. We like the fact that it is a DIY yard. The place is owned and operated by the same family since 1958. Very congenial, competent, and caring staff. Highly recommend.

Easy docking, friendly and helpful staff. Store called Provision one block away, with all kinds of marine items, even a consignment section. M and M restaurant had good food. Tiki bar by pool had good drinks. Didn't use restrooms/showers so have no comment. Would stay there again.

Love the town and marina. Staff were great, good landing. We were given tokens for some free beers at the restaurant! Marina is right in town, lots of restaurants and bars, wonderful museum, just blocks away. As some have said, restrooms and showers were clean and functional, but could use updating.

Loved the marina and the town. Greg and staff are great - docking was easy. Three dollar beers and wine in the office! Restrooms/showers are roomy, clean, include towels, hair dryer! Free laundry and soap. Comfortable seating areas in the shade. Lawn games. Couldn't think of one suggestion to put in the several containers scattered around. Town is cute, with 1 very nice (Spoon River), 1 home cooking restaurant (Fish Hooks) that had good food too. Several clothing and gift shops. Plans underway to renovate several other store fronts.

We loved the location, east side of peninsula. Quiet, friendly staff. We did get rocked now and then. 3 blocks to a fantastic grocery store! Mile from Visitor Center. Equidistant from historic district and city market as from the larger marinas on west side of peninsula.

Came in with 21 mph winds pushing us on the dock. Superior performance from the dock hands getting us tied up. Nice laundry, restrooms/showers were clean, just OK. Water not hot, but OK. Great small town. Upon leaving the dock hands walked the boat back so a pump out could be done. Wonderful!

Perfect location, right downtown. Can be rolled, but put out good fenders, spring lines, fore and aft. Very quiet at night. Electric worked fine. No water or other amenities.

Lovely peaceful spot in the low country. Had a nice meal. Excellent service. But, one reason we came was the low fuel prices, based on heresay and Waterway Guide. That is no longer true. Shame on us for not asking. The pump isn't visible from the dock, and, when we looked later, the price wasn't recent. WWG showed the diesel at $5.399. Imagine our shock when presented with the bill that evening - for 100 gallons, the price was $675!! Yes, price was $6.75 a gallon. When we expressed our dismay, Clay (owners' son who was running the place that day) offered us a shirt. I know the owners make very little on the fuel - not much he could do. Buyer beware.

Easiest docking ever! Met by two smiling docklands, tied up on the face dock. Handed a packet of goodies and bathroom key at the dock. I asked if we could have 2 keys, and he pulled another one out of his pocket! The town was absolutely vibrant and busy. Great restaurants to choose from and four ice cream shops! Nhighly recommend.

Great service, met at the slip in the rain by two dock handsome! Huge arias, 15 docks, that spread over a mile. Restrooms/showers/lounges distributed throughout. Restroom clean, with separate toilet/showers. Town is charming, lovely. Sunday night, only restaurant open was Reid Apothecary. Great meal. Choose one protein and 3 sides plus dessert for $15.75!
