Draft: 5.0'Worse experience in 2500 miles. Poor communication and had to call numerous times by radio. Had an attitude from the start. Took their time to open and close but then flooded extremely fast. I have gone through hundreds of locks and this one is bad!

Draft: 5.0'Responded quickly to radio call. There was one tow in front of us and was nearly 2 hours to get through. Took a lot of time to open and close the doors and waited about 15 minutes to flood the chamber after the doors closed. Friendly but not very efficient.

Draft: 5.0'Fantastic service. Called 15 minutes out and they had the chamber open and ready for us. Did not waste time closing the doors or flooding the lock. Best lock on the waterway so far!
