My experience at Telemar Bay was excellent. I was looking for a Marina to haul a sailboat I was considering buying and prepare it to trailer back to my home 300 miles away. I found their location online and called ahead to outline the service I might need. I spoke at various times with Michele, Nate, and Tom and they were all unfailingly helpful and flexible. My schedule was uncertain, and this was no high dollar job I needed. That made no difference to them, and I was treated well as you might expect if you were a long time, high dollar customer. In the final analysis I made the trip, bought the boat, they hauled and prepped it and I was back home safely in minimal time. I cannot imagine getting better service that I received from Michele, Nate and Tom.
