Bridge tender doesn't seem to monitor channel 13, did respond when hailed on channel 16.

Marina Review for Bay St. Louis Municipal Harbor

Nice looking marina in a great area. My problem with the marina was the fact of a considerable surge (rolling while tied to dock 10 degrees in each direction) during stronger south winds. I was confused at first because the marina has a pretty narrow entrance, and not exposed to swell. Turns out there are large submerged holes all along the southern seawall that allows surge to enter the harbor. Asked the harbor master about this and was told they were required to put them in by the FED. to allow sturgeon the escape.
