Great anchorage with east wind close to island with good holding in sand. Several other boats while we were there 16 to 22 per evening. Close to cut to go to Spanish Wells about 7 to 8 miles away.

Stopped at this anchorage after we had fished our way up from Spanish Wells. Was very easy anchorage to get into and holding was good. Seas were calm so we did not have much surge.

Very nice marina that has been rebuilt. Watch out for the charter fleets some of the bare boaters needed some space to maneuver. Easy to access fuel dock as well. New shower and bathrooms. Pool was under construction while we were here.

Great place to anchor and explore for a few days. We loved that the dingy dock had a dog access so it was easy to get our german shepherd ashore. We had no problem with getting anchored and had very good holding. We explored onshore the ocean hole, boiling hole, cathedral caves and pink beach. All within 1 mile or so except pink beach was about to miles. We shopped at the grocery and gas station and they had good selection. Recommend spending at least a day or two here.

This is a small marina with few amenities but is close to fishing and diving. The entrance is tricky getting in follow the map guidance getting in. I would recommend timing your entrance with a high tide if possible. The marina can have some surge so make sure you have good bumpers and ropes to tie up. It was difficult getting ahold of the marina had to call several time to reach someone. Once we arrived I could not get anyone on the radio so we entered and were instructed by someone on land to just pick a spot.

Very nice Marina that was purchased by Safe Harbor. They have put a lot of work and money into the marina including dockage, sea wall, new floating fuel dock and more. It is my home base and is easy to navigate just 10miles into Charlotte Harbor through Boca Grande Pass. The trading post has good pizza and sandwich's for a quick bite or Cas Cay Restaurant.

Great Marina we stayed here for a little over a month and a half and had a great time. Friendly service, regularly scheduled pump outs, great location. This was an easy marina to navigate and is right next to the Marathon Coast Guard auxiliary station. Across the street there is a West Marine and Bait Shop in walking distantce.

Nice marina with good service. Not a hard Marina to get to but the ICW around Miami can be crazy and you have to watch out for other boaters. The facilities were very nice including showers free laundry gym and more. If you have to be around Miami this is a good place to stay.

A great place to stay and explore. We have anchored here several times in about 10 to 12 ft of water. The hold is pretty good especially in calm weather. Ok protection if wind is out of the east, can get some surge if wind is up. Very good beaches to take the dogs to play and have fun. Went to marina several times and they were very friendly.

We anchored up here as the morning field accross the cut was pretty full. However we really enjoyed our stay here it was easy entry with good holding. We had easy access to the beach and the snorkeling was awesome. We did have to leave one person in dingy to follow when snorkeling the aquarium as there was a strong current. We also went over to snorkel the caves and had a very good time.

Very nice morning at the park HQ. There is a cool set of whale bones on the beach were you take your dingy up to pay for the morning. The morning field is a little tight when crowded, but we found entering to be straightforward. Make sure to radio the park office to get an assignment.

Stayed for 10 days at Staniel and had a very good time. Spent time snorkeling the Thunderball Gratto, went to pig beach and fished from our dingy. Staff here was very friendly and the food was good! Easy to dock and the nurse sharks are fun to watch and pet. With two stores on the island within walking distance it was easy to get provisions. If you can get through to them on the radio you may have to call in as them seem to miss several radio calls. Overall a great experience.

Very nice anchorage down from Staniel Cay. May of the workers from Staniel live on this island. It had good holding and protection from most wind except west. The town was small, but were able to get a few provisions. Docking with the dinghy there was a very tall exit to the dock up a latter.

Anchored here for a few days before exiting through little farmer cut. We stayed here with 15 to 20 knot winds from the east and had very good protection. Follow the recommended path on your chart we had about 3ft under our boat when entering with a 4.5ft draft. Overall good anchorage.

Picked up my new boat here from Riviera and have had all my custom work done here by AU Marine. The Marina is nice with a friendly staff. The fingers on the dock are pretty small so can make getting provisions and animals a little hard getting on and off. Fuel dock is also easy access and you can fuel directly from many of the slips. No pump out service available here.

We went to cat island from great Exuma for the night to go fishing. After fishing for the day we were trying to determine where to anchor closer to the point so we could get out early without making a 10mile run or so to get above hawks cay Marina. We found this in the guide with the waypoint for the entrance. This help out and we were able to see the reef easily to enter. Lowest point coming through was about 10ft. We had great hold and it allowed us to get out on the fishing grounds before the other boats coming out of the marina. Caught our first striped marlin the next day what a great trip and hidden little spot to stay. Watch the weather probably not great if South or West Wind.

We went to Long Island for a overnight fishing trip and stayed in the bay. It had good holding and easy access. There were several larger 100ft boats in the anchorage as well. We were able to get up early and were on the fishing right out the bay for a great day ended up with 10 Mahi off the point.

Very nice staff easy Mariana to get into. They need to do some maintenance but overall we still had a great experience here. We used Marina as a home base and then went to long and cat islands to fish and stay on anchor. With monthly rates as low as .75 a foot it was worth it.
