Bridge comment on Spuyten Duyvil Railroad Bridge

I went up the East River with the intention of only going to this bridge, not to get through it, just out of curiosity about the status of the bridge. It was in the closed position. A sign on the bridge stated to use Channel 13 to request having the bridge opened.
