The location is fine. The sidewalk gets you to Starbucks, Applebees and some shopping if you need it. Health Hutt is about a mile away. The bow in slip with the power at the opening of the dock is easy. No pool, no internet. Staff is very nice.

What a fantastic experience! The location is great and the hosts are even better. The dock is just south of the S. Causeway bridge. There are some inconvenient crab pots to negotiate while getting into the slip. The slip has good tie ups on the dock side with partial floating dock and partial fixed dock and piers across from it. The dock has Adirondack chairs for a comfortable relaxing space off the boat. The area is walkable and bikeable. If you want safe place to dock that's out of the busy of a typical marina, this is your spot.
Staying here has been like being at a friend's dock with 50amp power and water. The location is excellent - a quick walk to Canal Street restaurants and shops. Don't miss going to the Yellow Dog Eats Kitchen and Bar - get the vegetarian nachos. Phenomenal!!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Beautiful little spot to dock for the night. Park has showers ($3/per person) and bathrooms. No other services. Nice park. We were there as the leaves were turning for fall and it was gorgeous!

Helpful staff. Good transient dock. Fun Mexican restaurant on site. Excellent marina service shop. One of the few places that can haul out a boat. Follow the nav lines and buoys into the marina.

Friendly staff, area is a little tricky to navigate, so follow nav lines. Gas/Diesel available. No water. Basic supplies at store. You may be able to call Lookout Winery for a pizza delivery to the marina if you can get cell service! They'll deliver if not too busy.
