Small anchorage with room for two or three boats between the warning sign and the marina if all three have drafts of 6 feet or less.
We did drag when trying to lay out only 45 foot of chain in order to make room for other boats. But when we finally laid out 65 foot of chain at a 6 to 1 ratio, we held well through three tide changes and heavy current. The key is look for a spot of sand and do not drop in the thick turtle grass.
Some sport-fishing boats moved through very quickly at the beginning and end of the day leaving huge wakes but the other twenty hours were quiet and comfortable.
Harbor master was kind and let us tie our dinghy for free.
Check in and immigration were very helpful and also warm and inviting.
Food at big game marina Bimini Seafood Company was better than average and service was good.

We cleared easily about an hour after high tide with the boards clearly indicating 67 feet of clearance.
The high tide for the day was indicated at +2.53 feet
Our bridge clearance is 64 feet and we could clearly see several feet above our antenna

We went through on a rising half tide with an indicated +0.69 feet for the high. We have a 64 foot mast and passed through with plenty to spare. The boards clearly read 66 feet 4 inches.
