Ok marina in an industrial area. It is a working shipyard catering to super yachts so it can be loud during the day. No too many amenities but we knew that going in. There were a couple restaurants around that you could dinghy/walk to.
Be warned though: we asked about nearby places to get a pump out and they said "No problem, we can arrange one." Only thing is that they neglected to tell us it would cost $250! I think we should have been warned so we could make other more reasonable arrangements.
