The Clinton River and the small harbors to the north are collectively known as “Boat Town U.S.A.” and for good reason. Virtually any boating-related service that might be required is available here. This hearkens to its days as a center for boat building and marine trades. Fully stocked ship stores, restaurants, groceries and other amenities are within walking distance of the many marinas.
