Managing & Editing Your Business

Visit the login page, enter your credentials, and navigate to your profile to make edits.

You can update a variety of information to keep your business accurate and useful for boaters. This includes dockage rates, number of slips and moorings, depth information (including tide range, approach, and dockside), and contact details. Keeping this information current ensures that boaters have the reliable details they need for their journeys.

It’s recommended to update your business at least once a quarter or whenever there are significant changes to your services.

Photos and videos can be added to featured businesses. If you have a featured business, log in to your account and use the media upload feature to add photos or videos. A Featured Business, on the other hand, offers several enhanced features to increase your visibility and engagement:

  • Weighted Search & Enhanced Visibility: Featured businesses are served first and highlighted inside of Waterway Guide’s Explorer.
  • Detailed Information: Add comprehensive details about on-site and nearby amenities.
  • Media Uploads: Include photos, videos, and social feeds to showcase your facilities and services.
  • Contact/Inquiry Form: Provide a direct way for potential customers to reach out to you through a contact form on your business profile.
