Great little marina and very helpful and friendly staff. Docks were in great shape, 30 amp service and good water pressure. Approach was a little skinny (staff stated 9 feet), we draw about four feet and were kicking up mud. Bathroom/shower facility was excellent. Shuttle to downtown was great!

Solid marina with just about everything you could ask for. Super solid, wide fixed docks. Super friendly shuttle into town which is probably a little long to walk to. Great restrooms and showers, but no laundry. Very responsive staff. Nice paths in ther vicinity and access to a nice beach. Bottom growth weeds as every marina has in this region. My only caution is the depths are a little skinny from the preferred north entrance to the slips. we stirred mu in and out. Overall a great facility.

Very nice marina with good floating. docks. Michelle was great. She ran us into town to Smalleys for dinner. She even offered to pick us up after hours but we walked the path home a mile. There are decent showers but no laundry facilities. Nice park area with picnic tables. We were stuck an extra day and went to the Grise museum very nearby. There is a small grocery a mile away but shuttle service is great.

Harbor Beach Marina is no longer part of the Michigan DNR system, to reserve a slip call the marina directly, 989.479.9707. I purchased diesel on 14 June at $4.859/gal. Beware of exposed large nails midway on the fuel dock's north side; plenty of room after this hazard to dock near pumps. An alternative is to dock on the fuel dock's south side which is configured as a slip.

Held over an extra day until Lake Huron settled down. New docks and nice facilities. Not heavily used, so a little short staffed as a result, but friendly. Town is about a mile away and your typical small Michigan town. Nice bike/walking path or the staff will run you in. WiFi was typical of marinas we've experienced so far. The water here is a little "skinny" and if you draw more than 4 1/2', you'll want to be careful.

New wide docks with very wide slips. The clear water allows a lot of growth of weeds in the slips. Wasn't able to get ahold of the dockmaster by radio or phone but two maintenance workers helped us tie up. Approach is swallow and kicked up a lot of mud. Used the north entrance as described in Waterway Guide. Nice dog run area and lots of places to take the dog for a long walk.

Another nice harbor on Lake Huron. Staff and facilities great, as we have become accustomed. Use the north entrance through the breakwater for easy access to the marina.

As of early August 2021, the marina basin is choked with weed, took considerable power to back out of slip upon departure.

About a mile walk into town via a paved bike/walk path. Unfortunately, most of the town is closed up. Not much going on other than a small grocery, hardware and one restaurant.

Great marina. New docks, good power and water; clean restrooms/shower. Terrific staff, with high school seniors to help with docking and driving the shuttle; all are enthusiastic, polite, on time. There is a shuttle for shopping in town - great little hardware, and small grocery store attached to a gas station - has a lot of the items found in bigger groceries, just fewer of them. We had a diesel electrical problem and they have a mechanic on call who was most helpful - I ended up replacing the element in my water heater; the local hardware had the part and the mechanics fees were not exorbitant. Would stay again anytime.

The north entrance is the most convenient for arriving. On entering through the breakwater stay between the green buoy and inner breakwater, for deeper water (7ft) stay in left of channel heading for the first pier (fuel dock) and ‘no-wake’ signage. On 19 June, diesel price is $3.25/gallon, pump-out service not restored following marina renovation. Marina has new floating docks, cleats and clear slip numbers; generally, slips for bigger boats are near fuel dock (piers “D” and “C”) and slips for smaller boats (piers “B” and “A”) towards land. A bike path is available to walk the 1 mile distance to downtown that has eateries and a local grocery store. Along the bike path and in downtown are markers describing significant or historic events. Harbor Beach is a very pleasant and convenient stopover.

Marina is simple but well kept. Docks look brand new with great lighting and solid cleats. Construction for more amenities very obvious. No water or fuel right now, operator says they are coming shortly. Staff had gone home for the evening but was available by cell phone to help us get in. Approach is very narrow and rather shallow for deep draft vessels. The north entrance to the breakwall is usable, make a hard turn and stay between the green buoy and the breakwall. Shower areas were clean and well maintained, hot water very nice! If you use the last men's room stall, the plumbing there is reversed. Hot=cold.

A great place to lay low when the lake is acting up! The marina staff will drive you into town if you need a ride, but the nearby city bike path is also a very convenient way to get around. There are several tasty and reasonable eateries to choose from, a good laundromat, public library, grocery store, and even a single screen movie theater. If you enjoy history, treat yourself to an extraordinary museum at the home of Frank Murphy, former mayor of Detroit, 1st governor general of the Philippine Islands, Governor of Michigan, U.S. Attorney General, and U.S. Supreme Court Justice. Dockside depths at the 40 foot slips were 5 feet or more. Bathroom and shower facilities at the marina are well looked after.
