Great marina with nice and accommodating staff. Restrooms and showers were a block or two away at the visitor center. Some of the docks did not have any power or water hookups. Enjoyed the town with good bakeries and shops and took a walk to the winery which was great.

July 28&29. A busy place on the weekend. That said staff were friendly, Very helpful and easy to find. Pretty location, despite the crowd the marina was peaceful in the evening. If you reserve a spot in advance ask which entrance to come in.

This is a great stop on the Rideau canal system. The marina is right in the middle of the village. Within a two block walk are bakeries and grocery store. Another block or two, will take you to hardware store, gift shops, and several restaurants.

The marina has 30amp power to the dock, plus water.

Study the chart carefully, the buoys marked on the chart to the North mark an approach that is apparently shallower than suggested on the chart. In summer 2022 another set of buoys marked a slightly deeper approach to the south side. These buoys to the South are not shown on the chart.

Call ahead, and marina staff in red shirts will come out and wave you in to your spot, and help you tie up. Marina staff came by once or twice a day and asked if they could pick up any bag of trash we might have.
Marina office can supply you with maps and info for the village.

Floating docks, but as another review noted - these docks float low. About even with the swim platform on our boat.

We liked the marina and the village enough that we decided to stay two nights, and then extended to a third night.

No restrooms or showers in the marina. These are about a block and a half at the village visitor's center. We did not visit these.

Quiet marina. Our first night, there were only three other boats with anyone aboard. The marina did get slightly busier toward the weekend. But still a nice quiet place.

    We'd come back here.

A quaint little tourist town to walk around. Groceries and liquor store within walking distance. Shops, galleries and restaurants too. Can dingy to the beach at Foley Mountain conservation areas to hike the trails. The village is on the route of a Rideau Lake Cycle Tour so if you are a cyclist there are some great rides accessible from the harbour. Take the north channel into the harbour.

The marina is adequate. The floating docks are quite low. Set your fenders at the water level. Power and water $1.25 per foot. Nice little village. Decent grocery store and an excellent bakery! Other shops and hstorical sites make this a great stop while on the lake.

Friendly welcome, very pleasant place with power and water included (1,25$/ft). Well sheltered if inside the islet.
If washrooms and shower were on the spot, it would be perfect.
