Came in from southwest at 1.0 foot above mlw with a rising tide. Charted depth accurate. Never saw less than 9.5 feet. Anchored at the mark with 11.5 feet. Great for deep draft boats. Easy in and out. Probably not good for windy day..not much protection ..some wakes but pretty far from main channel. Scenery and sunset nice..anchor set quick and strong.

Nice quiet marina...no wakes or rocking...great staff... tight entrance especially if wind is blowing but easily done just be prepared to make a hard right then an immediate hard left to get in the basin. Close to downtown.. good restaurant on site.

Easy access. Anchoring area is approx 250 feet wide by 500 feet long. I went approx 2/3 of the way in and anchored in 15 ft with good set and holding. You will have almost no wave action from all wind directions but current is or can be very strong. I had a strong southeast wind and anticipated a set to the northwest. Ended up with a NNE set on rising tide and a SSW set on falling tide. Very quite except for a few trains and occasional fisherman. Overall very nice.

Very nice and quiet. Mud bottom. Good swimming. 7 ft all the way to piles in back.
