I cannot say enough great things about this marina and its staff. Facilities are clean. The staff is amazing. Carley, the marina manager, is accommodating and makes you feel cared for. It's a must stop for us,  the experience was wonderful. Publix is very close for provisioning and downtown is a short trolly or good walk away, with all the restaurants and great live music.

Carley the dock master was 5 star! Nice boaters lounge and bathrooms. Pinchers Seafood right there and not too loud over the dock. Walk to Publix, the Edison Ford Museum, and do town.

Very nice, smaller marina. Depths were fine coming in at low tide, just stay in marked channel. Great instructions on getting in and great help by our dockhand Dominic. Staff here, Dom, Tim and Carley is excellent. Very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. While here we had winds sustained at 22-24mph with gusts over 35 for several hours. Dom came by before he left and made sure everyone's lines were in good shape and tied up well. There is a pump out, portable, just need to make arrangements with the office. Two boater restrooms/showers that are large and very clean. 2 ea washer/dryers that work well. Water pressure at docks is strong. New piers. There is lots of places to walk the pups around the area. Downtown Ft. Myers is less than a mile away with lots of places to eat and there is a restaurant on site as well. The winter Estates of Edison and Ford are adjacent to the marina and worth the time and money to go walk the grounds and see some great American History that shaped our world today. Highly recommend this as a stop.

Nice marina, great staff. It was tight when we came in, had boats around the entrance making the 90-degree turns inside a bit tighter. Watch the wind, especially if you are a larger vessel. Again, tight turns. Pilings were not straight for the slip we were in, making that a bit challenging. But it is a great location to everything.

Brought our boat here May 2025. It is a small marina with a little zig zag entrance. Not hard to navigate and plenty of water. All new fixed docks with new working electric pedestals. They have nice clean facilities with showers. Laundry facility with two washers and dryers. $1.75 load each. Best part of the Marina is Carli and Edgar. They keep the Marina nice and clean and are available to help at the dock. When I kept being delayed on my trip, I was able to keep in touch with Carli. The restaurant above the marina, Pinchers had very good food. Walking distance to Publix, Daze Brewery, Chinese food and the Edison Ford Estates. Highly recommend a stay here.

Small marina with fixed dock. It would get a little rocky at times, but I suspect that had more to do to our proximity to the entrance into the marina. The laundry and shower facilities were nice and the staff was top notch and super accommodating. Check out the Edison Ford winter estates while you are there.

As of April 2025 they are still rebuilding after damages from the 2024 hurricanes. Docks are all redone, but some still without power. Laundry, en-suite bathroom/showers and boaters lounge all up and running. No fuels here, unsure about pump out. Easy walk to groceries and numerous restaurants on First St. A good stop if you are headed up river to cross Lake O. Helpful staff and dock hands.

If I could give Carly and her wonderful dockhand a 6 Star I would. Eduardo was especially helpful with anything we needed. The marina recently reopened due to hurricane damage. A restaurant and bar are being built. There is a Pinchers upstairs. There are 2 private restrooms with showers, a laundry room and a very nice Captain's lounge. You can walk into the downtown but there is a free trolley and Ubers available. You can walk to the Edison House (definitely worth the visit) and Publix is close by. Carly was great about letting us extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We just completed a week long stay at The Marina at Edison Ford and loved it. The staff were all friendly and the facilities are bouncing back after several hurricanes. They have brand new washers and dryers; a new boater's lounge; and nice private shower rooms. Convenient to downtown Fort Myers with a trolley service. East walking distance to a Publix; UPS store; and liquor store. Adjacent to the Edison Ford Winter Estate museum, a fascinating look into the past of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford and their families. I highly recommend this marina.

DockMaster Carly and her crew (Elijah, Brady, Mark, and Dale) are absolutely amazing. The facilities are spotless, Pinchers is always good for a drink and a meal, and the location itself is quiet and private. Carly is 100% on the ball and worked with us when we needed to come in to provision and sort out some personal business. We're new to Florida, and we didn't realize how full all the marinas were going to be with the snowbirds. We were extremely lucky to cross paths with her and her crew. Carly's gone above and beyond to make sure we had a place to go, and we are looking forward to coming back when she's got more room!

We were in a jam. With an ill mother on the other side of the state, we needed a slip. Carley made it happen and even was able to move us to another slip when we had to turn around and go back a week later. The team is just wonderful. Always a smile, always checking up to see what if anything was needed. Very secure marina, great restaurant on-site and we were smothered in southern hospitality. Thank you all!!!!

Carly, Mark, and Eli.. best dockmaster and crew in the business. Safety 1st - they listen to the captain and know what to do and when. Service 2nd, always happy to help in any way. Deliver packages to the boat with a smile and pretty much anything else you might need whether you have thought of it or not.

The team here are great - Carley the dockmaster is ON IT - and her team is great - they've become like a mini family - they deliver our packages, we feel safe, there's typically ample parking and who doesn't love a seafood restaurant (Pincher's) that has Happy Hour BOGO every day of the week! They do have a pump-out - they'll come to your boat and pump it out for $20. The grocery store, Publix, is about a 1/2 mile away so it's been working well. We're happy visitors~!

Every time we come back to the Marina at Edison Ford it is like coming home. Harbormaster Carley makes sure we have everything we need and Deckhands Elijiah and Marc are ready to catch lines and assist with hookups. With Publix an easy 1/4 mile walk and Pinchers Restaurant on-site you have all that you need right at this "Old Florida" style marina. BUT, downtown Ft. Myers and all of its activities are a little over a mile away so a good walk or Uber can get you into the heart of Ft Myers very quickly and the Edison Ford Winter Estate is right next door for daily tours. They have also recently added a boaters lounge which has great wifi with a TV and space for different events. The bathrooms/showers are clean as it gets and the Simple laundry room has one washer/dryer setup. All-in-all one of our favorite Florida Marinas.

One of the best places we have found. I can confirm the other reviews. Publix Grocery is a long two blocks but worth it. The restaurant is fantastic and reasonable. Be sure to spend a full day at The Edison Ford Winter Retreat that adjoins the marina. Larger sailboats and large single engine vessels may find it tight maneuvering the “U” turn type entrance.

What a great marina. It is a small marina which makes it special as the staff is very attentive to the boater's needs. Carley and Mark are the best. They provided great local knowledge and were there when we needed any assistance. Very well kept and maintain facility with excellent westerly views for the sunsets. There is also a Pinchers restaurant on site. We stayed there a week at a very reasonable price. A must stop.
