Had good holding for two nights on the west side of the inlet. Winds from the SE and east, we were protected from the rolling Gulf Stream. Was busy with the Miami crowd until about 5 pm, then we had it to ourselves for the night; next day we got several boats in to visit and it filled up for the night. So busy place, but very nice and protected. Stingrays and turtles made for a great experience. Sand and grass bottom inside with deep water 7-10 ft with good holding

Service was great. JR does a great job accommodating everyone. Fuel was good. Location was excellent for checking in. Fixed docks were a bit rough, but decent. No one there monitors the radio, so call on phone or just tie up at fuel pier. We stayed one night to check in and fuel up. Very pleased. Recommend you go left at road and take the right by the bank and go to C J ‘s shack for dinner. Big game was great food and the sharks were being fed by the fishing boats so cool to see but a little expensive and touristy. Beer is expensive, $58 US for a case of local so bring plenty. Locals really like Bud Light!
Overall a great stop! Friendly people and convenient.

Hidden gem, great place for a stop over or mini vacation. Lots of hiking and scenic beauty. Good provisioning and a ferry service to the mainland if needed. I agree with the approach, stay on the throttles and be mindful of the surge.

Hate to give the 3 stars because I feel these guys deserve much more. Docks were destroyed by Michael. Facility is already being repaired and the staff were excellent and very accommodating to everything we needed. They still had fuel and a few working docks. I would say they will be back very quickly to the five star rating.

Marina is just now coming back online after 2 years of repairs. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. New floating docks, mostly new power and water was being finished while we were there. Perfect location to visit st Augustine, right in the heart of old town. On our last day we found out there is a Publix grocery store a short dingy ride up the icw. Definitely a great stop. We spent 3 days waiting for weather and throughly enjoyed it.

Nice place for a stopover; no shore access, island clearly marked private. Stay to the west side of the island or you get traffic wakes from the mainland. Good holding in a sandy type bottom, but open to the nw waves and wind.

Very nice and scenic. Good holding. Wind was from the north at 20 and not terrible for us? Good get away.
