Inexpensive stop close to the ICW. Channel coming in is very well marked, however at low tide dock area is thin. Dockside amenities are limited, but the owner was able to get us power and water at the gas dock, pump out was available as well. Hungry Howies delivered food and the marina is in the process of building a restaurant. We would go back.

This location was hit hard by the hurricane in October 2019, but they’re on their way to recovery! Channel coming in is deep and easy to get into their slips. Finger piers are somewhat short but have been rebuilt. Water is available and power is being reinstalled as of this date. Food is available at the gas/convenience store; great breakfast and simple lunches. We were there during a huge storm and we’re well protected. Would go back.

Very nice visit at West Basin in Saint Joe’s Michigan. Andrew, Steve and the rest of the staff were outstanding, keeping the facilities beautifully maintained and docks in excellent shape. Dockside gas barbecues, picnic tables, rides into town, FREE laundry and lots of screen green spaces for the family pet. Short ride over to Saint Joe by bike or even shorter by dinghy, but across the channel. Short walking distance to beach and lighthouse.

Ok the positives: Pool for the kids, clean restrooms/showers, 1 block from downtown and close by supermarket. Boaters lounge with pool table, books/games and large CD TV. Not so positive: premium dockage pricing, high diesel pricing, $20 pump out, screws sticking up in dock walkways, closing bathrooms for cleaning during prime daytimes, hot tub closed off, no ships store onsite or locally by bike. Wouldn’t classify as a “Resort” and would look at other options/ports in the future.

Great stop and well protected harbor. All services; diesel, gasoline, freshwater and pump out are easy to get to. Bathrooms are clean, laundry is clean and docks well-maintained. Provisioning’s for groceries and local restaurants are very close by. Activities are abundant; beach minutes away, little river to float in, playground, tennis courts, etc. I’d love to live there.

Wonderful overnight deep water slip, attentive staff and excellent food. I of course had the pickerel and chips and the wife had one of the best steaks she can remember. Eclectic group of people come by boat, seaplane and by helicopter to experience Henry’s. Water, 30/50 amp power, clean facilities, pet friendly.

Wonderful stop, great fixed docks, call for pump-out boat, modest priced restaurants on site and pet friendly. Town of Manasaquan and Jersey shore within biking distance.

First off I want to commend the staff for doing a tough job admirably and with great courtesy. However, the marina at the aquarium is in very poor shape. We had a trio of boats and for one of the boats we had to rewire a power pedestal to be able to get the 30amp to work. The restrooms were public restrooms that you would find in a park setting, without any locks or cleanliness. The Wi-Fi was only existent if you went up on the porch of the aquarium to use it. The location parking area is a hang out and they congregate in the lot to play music, drink and fish. Security was a primary concern for all of us and although the gates have locks, you could simply reach your arm around the guard area and have access to the marina proper. Lastly, there is no pump out, and the day of our departure had to wait until our dockside water depth was at least 4 1/2 feet. On the plus side there are two great inexpensive restaurants, bicycling distance to the boardwalk and even with all this a decent experience.
