We love Jekyll Island. Great marina with experienced staff. The island is fun to explore. Rent a golf cart from "Red Bug Motors" for a few days so you can get around to see things. Great shopping and wonderful restaurants. Wee Pub Beach is a really fun place to eat and drink. Best fish an chips ever and the black and tan is mighty tasty.

We love Lady's Island marina! Stayed there on 5-24-24 and again on 6-8-24. Easy in and out with experienced dockhands. One of the things we really like is the fact they send you a text the morning of your arrival to let you know the tides, slip, weather, and other items about you visit. They can also make you reservations at the restaurant that doesn't take reservations! GREAT MARINA!

Although we really like this marina it never fails to disappoint us. Staff is helpful, friendly and tries, but they are not very well trained. We stayed on May 22, 2024 and again on June 10, 2024. On May visit there was no working power on six of the facedock pedestals. Had to move boat back to find working electric. Then had to walk to the marina office to get the codes for everything. When I went to take a shower the was a big sign on the door that they were under construction. Went back to the office and they checked and told me I could use the shower. SHOWER WAS FILLED WITH DIRT FROM THE CONSTRUCTION!! For the price there should have been some type of arrangement for showers!! The restaurant however is wonderful!!

Stayed September 21, 22, 23, 2021. Was only going to stay one night but weather kicked up and we were there for three. Excellent dock hands. We came in in high winds and they were first rate at getting us tied in the slip and secure for the wind. They checked every boat in the marina numerous times because of winds and kept a lookout for any problems. Nice ships store, free laundry, towels in the clean and nice shower and a nice boaters lounge. Nice loner car too. Excellent all around.

Stayed September 19, 2021. Great marina. Dock hands are excellent, secured the lines and even set out fenders. Had some engine issues and they gave me the name of a mechanic. Call him Sunday afternoon and he even answered the phone. Was at out boat Monday morning at 9:30 and had us on our way by 11:30. Had seafood risotto (not prime rib) and it was excellent. Great little ships store with a nice selection on items. Is a must stop going north or south.

Would be five stars with better docking help. First time dock hand seemed really put out that we were there and second time requested assistance at the fuel dock and no one showed up until after we had docked and tied up ourselves. Still will come back if in the area.

Asked dock hand what time they opened and his response was: "What time do you need me here." Doesn't get anymore customer service than that! Got us out and walked over to the pump out station the next morning to help us get going. Will stay here again for sure.

Not a good experience for us. Stayed here one night 5-16-21. Called on the radio three or four times and got no response. Called on cell phone and got voicemail. Called again on 16 and got a person to answer. Was told to just turn into current and dock at end of face-dock. Asked if a dock hand would meet us and was told I was going into the current and shouldn't need any help. Other boaters helped us tie up. Were told men's showers were tore-up, just use the lady's showers. Only one working toilet while we were there. Never saw any Krispy Kreme donuts!
