Anchorage Review for Southern Cape Fear River

We are in a 70 ft Hatteras with stabilizing system and we are being rocked by boat traffic all evening. This anchorage should be removed from the list. It's fine that an anchorage is by a channel and even a busy one but the quick rise in depth amplifies this location as the ferries hit with wake and it reflects back doubling the swells.

Also the home of the first Methodist settlement in the US. A beautiful anchorage but watch the depth and tides. Well protected if you can get inside as entrance can be shallow.
