Bridge clearance is less than stated 16 ft. Bridge tender says 15' right down the middle, seems optimistic. Boards on side say 11'.

For west bound travel, port side tie preferred. Turbulence while filling pushed us off of starboard wall.

Brett and his team run a tight ship at this smaller, private marina. Facilities are very nice, just missing laundry, in lovely quiet residential area great for dog walks. When we needed some mechanical assistance and locals couldn't get to us, Brett jumped into action. He went above and beyond, not only working with us on our original problem but also identifying a second problem that could have resulted severe consequences. The only negative we can see is that their limited transient space means few cruisers will get to enjoy time at Harbour Village.

Unfortunately we can't recommend this stop for anything more than a place to tie up and power. We got bad fuel (water and junk) so it wasn't worth the lower price. And the restroom/showers were among the most rustic we've experienced on the first half of our loop.

Beautiful marina in beautiful setting. Very nice facilities. Bonus is small park on island breakwater that creates the marina basin, easy access by boardwalk. Austin is professional, helpful and easy to work with. One potential disadvantage is that onsite restaurant, pools and fitness center are not available to transient cruisers. But everything you need is short bike or Uber ride away. (Pumpout now working.)

This is a great overnight stop before your crossing. And if you end up needing to stay longer, Heidi, the mgr/dock master, is super helpful and wrangles the needed locals to help. Deducted a star b/c of partial amenities, ie no shower, single 30 amp, but this facility is newly reopened and they are working on upgrades. Easy access and very invested in looper community.
