No power, no water but, there is an ice machine and restrooms.
Old State Bank is closed for refurbishment. Be sure to stop by the Morgan County Archives for a small museum and a great old bank vault door on Bank St. UBER or walk the 1.5 miles.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Cute little marina with old school vibe. Facilities a little worn but it was comfortable and not a deterrent to going back when in the area. The transient dock is right at the outdoor restaurant, which we decided is in the top 3 of all the marina restaurants we have dined at. If you happen you be there on Prime Rib night go for it. It was excellent and very well cooked. They have karaoke some nights as well which was a hoot. Great stay.

Great marina! Marina and surrounding area very well kept. The staff is very friendly and drove us to the restaurant at the lodge then a lodge maintenance man took us back. Highly recommend a stay there when passing this area.

Disappointing. The worst marina we have been in on our 3 year journey. Although the marina had the basics, power, water and docks are in reasonable shape, there appears to be a significant lack of staff training. When we made the reservations the transient slip the instructions were vague and when we called as we were entering the marina to find out where we were going, the person on the phone could not understand we were a boat on the water and she kept trying to convince us that we needed to use the boat ramp at the side of the office and simply drop the boat in the water. She still was not getting it and when we entered the harbor the two guys on the gas dock were equally as befuddled when we told them that we had reservations for transient dockage. We finally got into a slip and when we went to the office to pay and asked some questions about the area and about Boat US discount that is advertised, the staff was unable to answer any questions and finally referred to the "manager" who also did not have any answers. Recommend going to Green Turtle Bay and skipping this one.

Port Charles Harbor is a great place for boat repairs. We had prop and strut damage and they were able to take our boat in on very short notice. Paul, Katie and Dustin were all a great help in getting us back on the water.

Anchorage Review for Bolton Point

Vessel Type: Power
LOA: 47'
Draft: 3.8'Overall Rating:4Holding:5Wind Protection:5Wake Protection:4Scenic Beauty:5Cell Service:3WiFi:1We anchored just south of the anchorage symbol in rock and sand with about 10' depth. Our Delta anchor skipped over the rocks for about 20' before digging in and did not move over night. We had good wind and wave protection from the west thru north. Minor swells came in from the east with distant passing boats. Water was clear enough to see the anchor chain laying out on the bottom. Did not try to go ashore and there are not any stores in the area.

Marina is top notch. Docks are in great shape, with staff that are very helpful. They have laundry, bathrooms and showers. You can borrow bikes to ride into the little town. But, there is also a shuttle van that will take you around town when needed.
Town has a small grocery store. Plus, the Alcona Brew Haus has a good selection of beers made onsite and food.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

This turned out to be a great stop. Various restaurants within walking distance. Check out the Vintage Tavern for dinner or the Raven Cafe for coffee and breakfast. Gill-Roy's Hardware is available close to the marina. There is a small grocery store about a 10min walk.
Docking fee is also reasonable too.

This is a nice stop. They have power, water, restrooms all for free. There are restaurants, a grocery store and a ice shop right next to the docks. Nice free wall with rings and some cleats. Floating docks are also available.
Although free, be sure to check-in with office tower at the east end of the docks.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
